I have over 30 years of experience conducting counselling and therapy methodologies. I have participated for many years in various types of supervision, both received and given.


When I meet with clients a priority of mine is to hear your needs and goals. More often than not, you are in a place in your life where you looking for someone with whom you can talk freely. If you are a couple or family, you are needing input and direction about your life.


Together we will clarify your goals and uncover how they can be attained. My style of doing therapy is "collaborative" because I love working with my clients to assist them on their journey.
